Here is some basic important diet and tips
which we are not following in our daily schedule. It’s very simple and
very effective so try to follow this:-
1. Don’t eat anything, experts recommend eating fruits, wholegrain cereals, Fibers, salads and green vegetables etc. Note:- You can make your own receipy which you like most but don’t use too much oil and other calories things.
3. Instead of eating 3 big meals, try to eat 5 – 6 smaller meals throughout the day. This way you can digest your meals and increasing your digestion system. Drink 1 or 2 glass of milk daily, it’s good for your bones and teeth.
