Basic Health Tips for Students or Working Peoples

Here is some basic important diet and tips which we are not following in our daily schedule. It’s very simple and very effective so try to follow this:-


1. Don’t eat anything, experts recommend eating fruits, wholegrain cereals, Fibers, salads and green vegetables etc. Note:- You can make your own receipy which you like most but don’t use too much oil and other calories things.


2. Drink lots of water, expert recommend drink minimum 3-4 liters of water per 50-60 kg weight person if you are over 60 kg try to drink 5-6 liters of water. Note:- Don’t drink 2-3 liter of water continuously, drink one or more glass of water in few minutes or hours.
3. Instead of eating 3 big meals, try to eat 5 – 6 smaller meals throughout the day. This way you can digest your meals and increasing your digestion system. Drink 1 or 2 glass of milk daily, it’s good for your bones and teeth.
