Stress not only leads to physical illness it also leads to the mental and emotional like depression, anxiety. This world is consisting of money and power. But if we are not free from stress than we will not have money and power so it is important to relief from stress to live healthy. There is some tips which I going to tell you to get free from stress that are


1.      First thing I will suggest you that eat healthy things only. These healthy things include fruits, vegetables and juices. The perfect food will help you relief your stress. You should always take your food at perfect timing.
2.      Another thing I will suggest you that whenever you feel stress just go for a walk or a ride if you cannot do this then do some sort of exercise which suits your situation.
3.      Laughing is the strong key to get relief from the stress. Watching comedy movies will free you from stress. Always be happy.
4.      The most harmful thing which I suggest to avoid while you are in stress is that never take any harmful things like alcohol or anything else. This will give you only harm not relief you from the stress

Many people fail at meditation because they are lacking the proper technique. The mains thing is to focus on the fast or slow and how often. Then count backwards slowly from ten to one In order to settle your mind, you can stare into a candle flame and observe the colours. It is also important to prepare yourself to return to your physical environment once you have finished a meditation session.
Someone suggest that focus and concentration during meditation should focus on the third eye Chakra located on the forehead. By this method both conscious and subconscious cares can fall away. Focusing on the third eye has the effect of drawing the eyes upward. This is important during meditation, since eye position does have some effect on the state of mind.
