Perfect Plastic Surgery Face

We took the most-request celeb facial features and morphed them in to one face -- what do you think?

If you could order up a perfect face: this person's nose, that girl's lips, her eyes or chin, would you? Plenty of people ask for celebrities' facial features when they visit a plastic surgeon, which got us thinking ...

What would happen if you took the most requested celebrity facial features and put them all on one face? Would it be the ultimate, perfectly beautiful person? Or a Frankenstein-like mess? We decided to play around with our good buddy Photoshop to see what a plastic surgery celebrity face would look like.

Of course, some of these celebrity beauties have had plastic surgery themselves, which makes me wonder if women like the original versions of these stars or the "enhanced" ones. But we're going to assume it's the most recent look of each celebrity, enhanced or otherwise.

First off, let's see what we're dealing with, then we'll show you the final, photoshopped results (which are unbelievably freaky, wait until you see). Dr. Daniel Slaughter shared which celebrity facial features are most asked for at his office in Austin, Texas -- lips, eyes, nose, cheeks and chin -- and why each feature is so great.

Lips: Angelina Jolie

Not a huge surprise, Angelina Jolie has amazingly full lips and most of us would need a whole lot of filler to look anything like them.

Eyes: Megan Fox

While I kind of wonder if women are just mesmerized by Megan Fox's blue eyes, Slaughter says woman want a "full eye with an eyebrow that rises slightly toward the outer part of the face" for an "elegant and dramatic look." (Side note: Megan Fox has had a fair amount of cosmetic surgery herself, I wonder if these women know that?)

Nose: Jessica Alba

Jessica Alba's nose is pretty great: not too big, not too small, just right. Slaughter says, "the nose should never be a focal point that draws the attention away from the eyes or the smile."

Cheeks: Nicole Kidman

Nicole Kidman has beautiful, high cheekbones, although with her propensity for Botox I wouldn't be surprised if these have been enhanced as well.

Chin: Gwen Stefani

Before this I had never thought much about Gwen Stefani's chin, I'm always distracted by her red lips and platinum-blonde hair. But now that I look at it, it's pretty nice. "It has subtle features that accentuate her smile and facial shape and does not serve as a focal point," Slaughter says.

The Perfect Face?

Here it is, the plastic surgery equivalent of the perfect celebrity face. What do you think? My thoughts: Pretty, but lacking something that each of these women has individually.
