Eat Fish Live Longer: Today, I’d like to talk to you about the health benefits of eating fish on a regular basis. You might have heard the phrase “Eat Fish Live longer”. Well I couldn’t agree more. Fish is loaded with high quality protein which helps build and maintain strong muscles. 1 or 2 servings of fish a week will reduce your chances of getting heart disease, because it’s rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
It’s a known fact that people who eat fish on a daily basis have lower rates of cancers of the mouth, esophagus, colon, breast, ovaries and prostate. They also have lower rates of dementia, diabetes, inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, and asthma.
Obviously do not fry the fish, you want to have your fish grilled or broiled with some fresh lemon or lime with a little olive oil even some fresh garlic with herbs.

My mother and father and generations before them come from a town in Sicily called Sciacca. In this town there are thousands of fishermen who take to the Mediterranean Sea each day to feed the city! My father was a fisherman and his father and father before him were all fisherman. Maybe that’s the strength to my success!
